Our menu is varied and inspired by Italian, French, Spanish, Mediterranean, Turkish, Indian, Asian, and South American influences.
First step is to agree the event type and date/time. Next we brainstorm and agree a menu as well as guest count. We will ask questions about the layout of your kitchen, available refrigerator space, prep area, and dining area. On the day of the event, plan on having us arrive one to two hours before the first guest arrives. All cooking is done at your home and we serve the courses as they are available. We bring our own cooking equipment. We tidy up your kitchen before leaving.
Cocktail parties and dessert parties are a perfect opportunity for up to 30 people to gather. Dinner parties are most enjoyable for parties of 2 to 10 guests.
We leave the logistics of linens, chairs, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc., to the host. We are happy to discuss your needs and drive a solution where we can.
We leave the beverage purchase and service to the host. We are happy to source the beverages and pass on the direct cost of the items.
We are registered to do business in the State of Illinois and serve a radius of 30 miles from the general Chicago Metropolitan area. Depending on bookings for a given day, we may be able to serve beyond that radius.
